Apstrakt
U ovom delu sam opisivala Nordijsku mitologiju, na najlakši mogući način. Razlog zbog kog sam odabrala baš ovu temu, je taj, što smatram da mitologija, bilo koja, sama po sebi, gubi vrednost u današnjem svetu. Da nije nekih knjiga, ili odreženih filmskih kompanije kao što je Marvel, o ovoj mitologiji se ništa ne bi ni znalo danas. Nordijska mitologija je potpuno drugačija od Slovenske, Grčke, Rimske i drugih. U ovom delu sam opisivala najpoznatije nordijske bogove, kao što su Odin, Loki i Tor. U Nordijskoj mitologiji postoji više svetova, kao što su Midgard, Asgard i još mnogi drugi. Kao što postoji i više bogova i svetova, tako postoji i više stvorenja, kao što su džinovi, patuljci, valkire i mnoga druga. Ova stvorenja su nekada bila strašna, i ulivala su strah i trepet u svakog. Ali, danas, se naravno, u ta stvorenja ne veruje. U vreme Vikinga, ova religija je doživela najveći uspon. Ovu vrstu religije su praktikovali ljudi Germanskog porekla. U 10. veku, to je podrazumevalo prostor današnje Švedske, Norveške, Finske, ali i Islanda. Danas, ljudi Germanskog porekla su svuda po svetu. Zaista, sve što znamo o ovoj religiji, dolazi iz Islandskih saga, i norveških pesama, i švedskih legendi. Nordijska religija, koja je više bila poznata kao “tradicija” se danas ne praktikuje. Neki ljudi, naravno veruju, ali ovo nije jedna od glavnih religija. Ovim radom bih želela da pokažem da postoji mnogo više nego što mi znamo. I da se svet stvarno promenio.

Abstract
In this piece, i described Norse mythology, in the easiest way possible. The reason i chose this theme, is because i think that any mythology, by itself, is losing its value in today’s world. If it weren’t for the books, or some specific movie companies, such as Marvel, nobody would no anything about this particular mythology. Norse mythology is complitely different from Slavic, Greece, Roman or any other mythology. In this piece i described some of norse’s most famous gods, such as Odin, Loki and Thor. In Norse mythology, there are more worlds, like, Midgard, Asgard, and so many others. As there is more worlds, there is, naturally, more creatures, like giants, dwarves, valkyries and others. These creatures were once terrifying, and they used to instil fear in everyone. But, today, of course, nobody believes in those creatures any more. In the Viking age, this religion experienced it’s biggest rise. This type of religion was practised by Germanic people. In the 10th century, the Germanic people used to occupe today’s Sweden, Norway, Finland, but also, Island. Today, Germanic people are spread across the whole world. Indeed, everything we know about this religon comes from Islandic sagas, norwegian songs, and swedish legends. Norse religion, which was more known as a “tradition”, isn’t practised today. Some people, of course, still believe, but it is not one of the main religions. With this essay, i would like to show that there is so much more than what we know,And that the world really has changed.
