REZIME

APSTRAKT
Sour cherry is a species of woody angiosperms, a stone fruit with a fruit which consists of an edible part and a seed protected by a stone. As a material for this paper we used three different samples of sour cherry fruit (sour cherries from an orchard with full agro-technical protection measures against diseases by chemicals, an orchard with organic type of production applied and an orchard with no agro-technical measured applied). The average weight of sour cherries treated with conventional chemicals in the first year was je 3.09g, and in the second year 3.36g. The average weight of sour cherries treated with organic substances in the first year was 3.50g, and in the second year 3.06g. The average weight of sour cherries treated with no agro-technical measures in the first year was 2.66g, and in the second year 2.89g. The weight of the fruit is not affected by organic and conventional substances for treatment, but primarily by climatic factors.
